Returns & Exchanges
At PDI Kitchen, Bath & Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fixtures, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, uninstalled condition. Please note that certain special orders and clearance items may be subject to restocking fees or final sale terms.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team or visit one of our showroom locations to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid damage during transit.
- 3.Ship or Drop Off
Affix your RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package back to our distribution center, or bring it directly to your local PDI showroom for processing.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in resellable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
