Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. For specialized kitchen or bath fixtures and custom lighting, lead times may vary based on manufacturer availability. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While PDI is a premier supplier of kitchen, bath, and lighting products, we do not provide direct installation. However, we work closely with a network of licensed plumbers, electricians, and contractors and are happy to provide recommendations for your project.
What is your return policy for home hardware and lighting?
We accept returns on most unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that some custom-ordered products or clearance items may be subject to a restocking fee or marked as final sale.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Fragile items like glass lighting and porcelain sinks should be inspected immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
